Job Description

1)To comply the Group\xe2\x80\x99s accounting policies and practices are in compliance with the accounting standard of MASB, MFRS and listing requirements. 2) To ensure proper & timely preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports for Management review. 3) To responsible the correctness of consolidation of the Group accounts for Monthly Management reporting and submission. 4) To monitor and analyse actual results of various business units and operational KPIs against the budgeted Business Plan by highlighting the shortfall and preparing the report to CFO for the improvement actions plan. 5) To analyse the annual budgeting and planning exercise and table to the Management. 6) To prepare and monitor the monthly rolling 6 months cash flow projection by project and by Company. 7) To monitor compliance of the business processes SOP, SAP system processes and control. 8) To liaise with the external auditors and ensure compliance of the auditing procedures and processes. 9) To prepare tax planning, tax incentives and liaise with the tax authorities on all business taxes. 10) To prepare projection for new/ potential project or business 11) To provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts. 12) Prepare quarterly deferred tax computation. 13) Any ad-hoc assignment from time to time.
