Position: Finance Manager

Tenure: Permanent

Salary: RM 8000 - RM 9000

Working hour: Monday to Friday ( 9.30 AM- 6.30PM/ 10AM-7PM)

Financial Strategy: Develop and implement the financial strategy and goals aligned with the overall business objectives. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior management team regarding financial opportunities, risks, and performance.

Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Provide accurate and timely financial analysis and reports to support decision-making and drive operational excellence.

Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial reporting requirements.

Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning to ensure adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Implement effective cash flow forecasting and optimization strategies.

Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement internal controls and processes to safeguard assets, manage financial exposure, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Financial Operations: Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and adherence to internal controls.

Investment and Capital Allocation: Evaluate investment opportunities, capital projects, and business development initiatives. Conduct financial analysis to assess the feasibility and financial viability of potential ventures.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Provide financial information and analysis to support stakeholder communications and negotiations.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, promoting professional development and cross-functional collaboration.

Technology and Systems: Evaluate and implement financial systems, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities. Stay updated on emerging financial technologies and industry trends

Job Requirements:

A bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.

5-7 years of relevant experience.

Financial Analysis: A strong background in financial analysis is essential. Finance Managers must be skilled in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and data analysis to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making

Preferably candidate coming from Retail/Ecommerce background
