We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to CEO, the Finance Manager will play a vital role in financial decision-making and will be responsible for managing our company\'s financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis. Responsibilities: 1.Management Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management. 2.Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with various departments to set financial targets. Monitor budget execution and perform variance analysis. 3.Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning: Conduct financial modelling, investment analyses, and scenario planning. Assist in long-term strategic planning and alignment with company goals. 4.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement risk management strategies and internal controls. 5.Liaison with Shared Services: Coordinate with the parent company\'s shared services function for seamless integration with payroll, accounting, and taxation. 6.Other Duties as Assigned: Support ad hoc projects and perform other related duties as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related professional qualification in Finance, Accounting. 6 years of experience in a finance or related role. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Familiarity with financial software and tools. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
