Responsibilities :

Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.

\xc2\xb7 Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain the financial health of the organization.

\xc2\xb7 Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company\'s actual performance compared to the business plans.

\xc2\xb7 Develop trends and projections for the firm\'s finances.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

\xc2\xb7 Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.

\xc2\xb7 Manage the preparation of the company\'s budget.

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

\xc2\xb7 Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

\xc2\xb7 Set up, manage and coordinate the operation of ERP system, promote the smooth operation of ERP.

\xc2\xb7 Other matters arranged by Management.

\xc2\xb7 Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies

\xc2\xb7 Creating and updating expense reports

\xc2\xb7 Processing reimbursement forms

\xc2\xb7 Managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices.

\xc2\xb7 Help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions

Requirements :

\xef\x82\xb7 Work experience as an Finance Manager with 5 years experience and above

\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of intermediate book keeping procedures

\xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with finance regulations

\xef\x82\xb7 Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors

\xef\x82\xb7 Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software

\xef\x82\xb7 Organization skills

\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

\xef\x82\xb7 BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field any accounting compentency certificate
