The Role

  • Perform relevant accounts reconciliation to ensure all records are tallied.
  • Maintain an up to date aging report and reconciliation report for receivable balance.
  • Support the Director of Finance in the review of bank reconciliation, fixed assets register, and provision / accruals.
  • Continually monitor and review current practices and procedure, and make recommendation in respect of enhancements where necessary.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to Finance Executive and Finance Clerks.
  • Provide support on month-end and year-end closing for accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax agent, where required.
  • Ensure cleanliness & accuracy of financial data in the system.
  • Work closely with various departments to resolve any finance operational issues.
  • Any other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Talent Profile
  • Possess Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, Finance studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the Hospitality industry.
  • Candidate with strong AR/IA experiences will be an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Possesses integrity and maintain confidential information.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a hands-on person.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications.
  • Able to cope with a fast-paced working culture.
