- Responsible for full spectrum of finance, including month end close, statutory submissions, etc.
- Supervision of the finance team and provide guidance when necessary.
- Drive process improvements on internal controls, operational processes and ensure compliance with group policies.
- Responsible for forecast and budgeting and act as the business partner of the management team.
- In charge of analytics for product/sales margin, product costing, market survey and working closely with the commercial team for business needs.
- Perform in ad-hoc projects and assignments as and when required.
- Possess Degree in Accounting/Finance or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant financial reporting, with people management experience and experience in manufacturing industry.
- Possess strong critical thinking, resilience in fast-paced and growing environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English.
