We are currently recruiting for an established company in the Engineering sector in Malaysia who are looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager, who will be leading the finance team in the company. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to Financial Controller, based in Shah Alam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the finance department and provide support to the Financial Controller.
• Responsible to prepare Group consolidation financial statements in accordance with the Group policies and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for preparation of financial analysis, management reports, Cash Flow Projection, forecast and budgeting, etc.
• Close liaison with various department and external stakeholders for business needs.
• Manage and review the audit and tax compliance processes.
• Ensure internal controls are in compliance with the Group policies and statutory regulations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Possess Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accounting or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant financial reporting experience.
• Possess hands-on experience in group consolidation in a listed company and preferably equipped with construction accounting skills.
• Possess strong critical thinking, interpersonal and leadership experience.
• Excellent written and communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
