Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the finance department and provide support to the Financial Controller.
- Responsible to prepare Group consolidation financial statements in accordance with the Group policies and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for preparation of financial analysis, management reports, Cash Flow Projection, forecast and budgeting, etc.
- Close liaison with various department and external stakeholders for business needs.
- Manage and review the audit and tax compliance processes.
- Ensure internal controls are in compliance with the Group policies and statutory regulations.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as and when required.
- Possess Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accounting or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant financial reporting experience.
- Possess hands-on experience in group consolidation in a listed company and preferably equipped with construction accounting skills.
- Possess strong critical thinking, interpersonal and leadership experience.
- Excellent written and communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
