Job Description

As a Finance Manager, you\'ll lead the financial health of the company, overseeing tasks like budgeting, reporting, and analysis to ensure its profitability and growth. You\'ll be a strategic partner, using financial insights to guide informed decisions across the organization.

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: You\'ll be responsible for overseeing the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Analyzing this data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities is crucial for informed decision-making

• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Developing and maintaining the annual budget is a key function. This involves collaborating with different departments to gather financial data and forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company\'s strategic goals.

• Cash Flow Management: Ensuring the smooth flow of funds is vital. Finance managers oversee bank accounts, manage accounts payable and receivable, and implement strategies to maintain optimal liquidity.

• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential financial risks is crucial.

• Compliance & Controls: Ensuring adherence to all relevant financial regulations and internal control procedures is essential.

• A Degree holder in Accounting and Finance or professional paper holder (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, etc)
• 5-7 years of direct experience in Finance and Accounting
• Knowledgeable in Operational Accounting
• Past team lead exposure

• An independent and good team player with strong communication skills
