We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Finance Manager or Senior Finance Manager to lead and strengthen the Group's finance operations within a dynamic
fintech startup preparing for IPO
.Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Reporting Financial Planning, Analysis & IPO Readiness Treasury & Cash Flow Management Internal Controls, Compliance & Risk Process Improvement & Digital Transformation Leadership & Team Development Task Prioritization & Problem Solving Ad-Hoc Duties
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA).
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Prior experience in fintech, digital assets, or high-growth startup environments is highly preferred.
Strong command of MFRS/MPERS, consolidation, and group reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g. SQL, Xero, SAP, or equivalent). Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and leadership capabilities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. High integrity, resilience, and ability to work under tight deadlines.Job Type: Full-time
