Finance Manager (overseas Operations)

Job Description
You\'ll be involved in managing the overseas operations for finance overall function.
- Responsible for the financial and management accounting of Finance Overseas Operation, including preparation of sub-group accounts under Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Work closely with overseas operation personnel, assist in establishing controls and procedures for their business operations.
- Formulate and review the policies and procedures to ensure accounting and financial reports accurately reflect the conditions of the business and provide reliable information for control and management purposes.
- Improve communications with overseas operation. Ensure the Group reporting requirements are set out and convey clearly and concisely to overseas operation.
- Working closely with the tax department to comply with all tax requirements and ensure timely tax submissions.
- Degree in Accounting or related professional qualifications.
- Member of professional body (E.g. MIA, ICAEW, ACCA, MACPA, CPA, ICAA).
- Must be a MIA member.
- Minimum 7 years accounting experience and 2 years\' experience at managerial level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Meticulous, highly organized and strong leadership qualities.
- Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
You\'ll be involved in driving the business operations and to grow with the business.
