The Finance Manager will oversee and manage the accounting functions for all companies within the Group. This role involves liaising with various stakeholders, preparing financial reports, reviewing audited accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, tax computations, and supporting other departments with financial insights.Oversee the accounting functions for all companies within the Group.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and local authorities to ensure compliance and smooth operations.Perform monthly closing activities.Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly, and yearly management reports.Review draft audited accounts and cash flow statements prepared by auditors.Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.Review tax computations prepared by tax agents.Ensure timely and accurate tax filings.Prepare consolidated budgets at the start of the financial year.Revise budgets as necessary during the financial year.Handle yearly reporting to MCMC for the Group.Manage quarterly and yearly reporting for MDEC.Provide ad-hoc reports to other authorities as required.Assist Sales and Project departments with financial information for tendering documents.Conduct bi-weekly debtors collection meetings to ensure timely collections.Job RequirementsBachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.Proven experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Leadership and team management abilities.#LI-JACMY
