We are looking for a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities of the company, including AR and AP functions, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity and a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accountancy, with a preference given to a candidate who is a member of ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent. Key Responsibilities:
- Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and compliance with the current statutory requirement.
- Prepare monthly financial reports with detailed analysis for management review.
- Manage AR and AP functions for daily operational requirements.
- Work closely with business units to contribute to costing work in the tender submission process.
- Work closely with the business units for cost monitoring and other operational processes.
- Liaise with different stakeholders and external parties, i.e., external auditors, bankers, tax agents, etc.
- Undertake in implementing process improvement.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage cash flow/working capital/treasury functions.
- Responsible for the daily financial operations, budgeting, taxation, and secretarial functions.
- Budgetary control, forecast, and budget preparation.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and assignments when required.
- Candidate must be a qualified accountant with at least a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accountancy, preferably a member of ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent.
- Preferably with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity, with preference given to a candidate with experience in audit.
- Knowledge and experience in General Accounting and preferably knowledge and experience in Infor SunSystems.
- Candidate must be resourceful and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to be working with minimal supervision.
- Must have a good attitude, be proactive, independent, and attention to details.
