Our growing company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Finance Manager. To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. Responsibilities Leading and coaching the finance team in Malaysia, that consists of 2 accountants. Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to HQ (Monthly P&L, Budget, EST1, EST2 and EST3) - BI reports and comments. Responsible for the mid-month reporting of estimated Sales and Margin with comments for each business area. Responsible for all contact with banks - approvals and bank facilities etc. Responsible for contact to auditors and the yearly audits. Cash Management - optimize cash flow (Working capital optimization). Analysis of costs spent on projects and in business areas. Approving cost and signing contracts. Involved in many day-to-day issues in the business, where you are an important contributor and the one who can take decisions together with the Management team. Finance business partnering with the management team. Responsible for all communication with government (TAX etc.). Leading different implementation projects (Salary administration, CRM-system etc.) Other projects assigned by the region. Qualifications BA or master\'s in accounting/Finance. More than 5 years of experience in finance manager position managing finance staff. Strong Excel and BI experience (A must). Strong IT and ERP-system skills English on negotiation level. Being able to work with tight timeframes and with people from different cultures. Is flexible and self-driven. Responsible and ethical and understand the importance of compliance regulation.
