Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Responsible for all financial reporting conform to statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting software.
  • Prepare regular financial reports for management and regulatory purposes.
  • Prepare tax computations for CP204, CP204a and review tax computation.
  • Review audited financial statement and balance sheet schedule are reconciled
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian Private Enterprise Reporting Standards.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and pricing decisions.
  • Prepare cost and pricing for new project, providing timely and accurate information for decision-making.
  • Prepare quotations and work closely with Business Development Director and Lead Client Technical Professional.
  • Analyse financial implications of pricing decisions including the risk exposure associated and communicate the pricing decision.
  • Review payment vouchers, journal vouchers, fixed asset schedule, bank reconciliations, fixed asset schedule.
  • Keep abreast of changes in legislation and proactively implement necessary updates to policies.
  • Follow-up closely with customers/sales representative to ensure PO received and collection on time.
  • Review and ensure timely processing of payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF & etc;
  • Ensure all statutory payment such as tax instalments, SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF are paid on time.
  • Review and ensure implementation of proper policies, employee\xe2\x80\x99s handbook, working procedure and other rules and regulation;
  • Maintain record of company properties, such as company car, laptop, arrange renewal of road tax and vehicle insurance;
  • Assist in recruitments, employee\xe2\x80\x99s recruitment, appraisal, confirmation, compensation
  • Employee Relation: Sport Club Activities, Events and Festival arrangement
  • Liaise closely with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretary, insurance agent, local authorities and etc.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possesses at least Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/ Accounting/Business Administration/ equivalents
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proficient in English , Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin both written and spoken
  • Good administration & interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
