- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Finance/ Accounting, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of managing Finance Operation or relevant experience in Manufacturing account
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial concepts and financial modeling techniques
- Self-driven, accountable and passion for results
- Candiate fluent in spoken and written in Mandarin and English
- PC literate and familiar with Microsoft office, Excel, Power Point, SQL system
- Ability to adapt and adopt to various demands and expectation of a fast growing company
- Minimum 5 years experience in related field
- Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements, for management review
- Production cost analysis
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing process and stock takes
- Review and approve journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to accounting standards.
- Assist in maintaining financial controls and ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and accounting standards
- Participate in annual budgeting
- Coodinate with external auditors, tax agent and regulatory bodies as needed to fil tax and audit compliance
- Assist HOD to lead the system implementation ( eg: e-invoiceing, ERP upgrades etc)
