Job Title: Finance manager

Job Level: Level 09

Detailed Description:

• Take responsibility of local tax and legal compliance.
• Recommends accounting solutions that are in accordance with local policies;
• Fixed asset management per local GAAP and Corp policy.
• Work with local consultant or external auditor to provide the monthly & quarterly financial information for external reporting purposes.
• Local banking and vendor payment support, cash flow forecast;
• Acts as a key financial advisor on cross-functional team initiatives;
• Business partnership: work closely with Site Design Leader on budget and other financial business cases;
• Work with Project Manager on project accounting & forecast analysis;
• Other on-site supports.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

• Solid knowledge in local & IFRS GAAP;
• Rich experience in local tax policy;
• Strong knowledge ERP (SAP preferred) and Micro-office skill.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
• Ability to manage a legal entity in accounting independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Typical Experience:

• 6-8 years of relevant experience (R&D or manufacturing experience a plus)
• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in office Excel, & PBI skill preferred.
