Key Responsibilities:\xe2\x80\x93 Lead Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, providing insights to support decision making across the company.\xe2\x80\x93 Ensure Financial Stability: Monitor financial performance, ensuring financial health as we expand into new markets and regions.\xe2\x80\x93 Strategic Business Partnering: Work with department heads to provide financial advice, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support growth.\xe2\x80\x93 Manage Financial Operations: Oversee cash flow management, financial reporting, and compliance with financial regulations.\xe2\x80\x93 Improve Financial Processes: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency while maintaining financial controls.\xe2\x80\x93 Risk Management: Evaluate financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring long-term growth.\xe2\x80\x93 Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Minimum Qualifications:\xe2\x80\x93 5-10 years of experience in finance, with a proven track record of leadership.\xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.\xe2\x80\x93 Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with expertise in Excel and financial software.\xe2\x80\x93 Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent communication skills and experience presenting complex financial insights to senior leadership.\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including crossfunctional teams.\xe2\x80\x93 High attention to detail, self-motivated, and comfortable handling ambiguity.Preferred Qualifications:\xe2\x80\x93 7-8+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably within the food industry or retail.\xe2\x80\x93 Experience driving strategic financial projects in high-growth environments.\xe2\x80\x93 Proven ability to streamline processes and improve financial forecasting systems.\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.\xe2\x80\x93 A deep passion for advancing the mission of food equality and making affordable, nutritious food accessible to all.\xe2\x80\x93 Proficiency in ERP systems and familiarity with process improvement methodologiesWorking Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 am \xe2\x80\x93 6 pm and Saturday, 9 am \xe2\x80\x93 1 pm
