Position: Finance Manager

Client Background: Japanese Manufacturing

Location: Selangor

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration:

• Salary: RM6,000 - 8,000

Responsibilities:

To assist the Managing Director in supervising and managing the accounting activities and to ensure accuracy in accounting classifications as part of the key components to be in line with the Malaysian Accounting Standards

To plan and manage the accounting functions and to implement systems and internal controls of the Entire Group of Companies which include local and overseas subsidiaries and associated

Companies, towards achieving maximum shareholders Value

Accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial statements and reports for the Group including associate Company, for management decision making

To prepare, review, monitor, and manage financial forecast and budget.

Ensure monthly Accounting Reports are printed on time and saved as software copy before month end closing

To monitor the due dates on RCs, BGs which are directly affecting the cash flow and keep an up-to-date Treasury Register of the due dates

Delegate duties to the respective Accounts staff to ensure the accounting records are updated and reports are generated on time

To analyses revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.

Requirements:

Possess at least a Degree in Accounting, or ACCA or equivalent

• Must have good interpersonal and organisational skills
• Must be able to complete and submit reports on time.
