Finance ManagerOverviewOur client, a book retail chain with a presence in 16 countries, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial aspects of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, as well as the ability to lead and inspire a team.Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Manage and monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Lead and motivate a team of finance professionals
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
