• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is required for communication with teams in China.
• Proven experience in managing financial operations, reporting and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong attention to details and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in ERP system and Microsoft Office suites.
• Possess own transport.
• Applicants must be willing to work in our Factory in Shah Alam, Selangor.

Tanggungjawab

• Oversee the financial operations and reporting for manufacturing plant in Malaysia.
• Lead and guide a finance team in financial processes.
• Prepare financial statement, budgets and forecasts in alignment with organizational goals.
• Work closely with internal teams from Singapore and China to streamline financial processes.
• Ensure Compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to senior management, ensuring reporting submission to headquarter is on-time.
• Monitor the company expenditures within budget.
• Manage cash flow and financial risks.
• Lead and monitor stock counts activities.
• Support in audits, tax fillings and other financial processes.
