The role is part of a high performing team centered on Finance transformation and becoming a best-in-class Finance organization.
The DS&A Master Data (MDM) Analyst will provide MDM activities on a daily basis (mainly Cost Center MDM, but also specific MDM activities related to mappings within TM1). This also implies a regular consistency check between different systems (ERP, TM1, others) to ensure the alignment, as well a regular global cleaning exercise to reduce the used MDM to a meaningful number for the whole company. A regular exchange between different stakeholders in the company (local Business, Supply Chain and others) is a key. He/She will be as well responsible for the deployment of standardized MDM processes and rules in the DS&A CoE organization aligned with Global guidelines and is having the responsibility over areas such as data quality, data governance, master data management and is responsible to:
Oversee definition, gathering and analysis of KPIs by data domain
Review, Update and Align consistency of Master Data Management practices across all domains and local organizations
Deliver operational KPIs and comply with Sanofi policies and guidelines
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Is expected to have knowledge of Master Data Management area, which includes knowledge of Data quality, Data migration and Data governance processes, methodologies, and standards.
Will deliver quality control and best practices enablement of the activities where MDM solutions are involved
As part of the Finance Operations and Transformation team, there will be many opportunities to improve processes and improve collaboration with your Finance and Business partners to grow and demonstrate your analytical and interpersonal abilities.
This person will help to identify and implement new ways of working as we transform the way Sanofi Controls Sales & Opex.
Main responsibilities:
Master Data maintenance in different systems (ERP, TM1, \xe2\x80\xa6)
Execution of defined controls based on DS&A calendar
Giving support to users on Master Data topics
Key participation in reorganization projects by supporting any foreseen MDM activities
Support local teams in organizing the MJE/reclassifications because of MDM changes
Performing regular analysis on existing MDM by keeping them on a minimum/necessary volume to drive the business processes as efficient as possible
Ensure consistency of Master data between the impacted systems (ERP, TM1, PLai, etc.)
Promote efficiencies on MDM activities and improved ways of working across designated region and ensure best practice sharing
Educate client groups on all aspects of financial policies and processes to ensure compliance
Support all key Finance initiatives & participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Ad hoc projects and analyses as required
Performing the checks on user access request to tool like TM1, PLai, Snowflake and giving access to them after review
About you
Experience:
3+ years of diversified financial controlling experience
Soft skills:
Demonstrated results building partnerships with multi-levels across businesses required.

Ability to lead through influence including demonstrated facilitator skills

Must be able to download data and use pivot tables, V-look ups, etc.

Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail and strategic thinking
Proven experience working across multiple internal stakeholders
Technology savy, business orientation, and agile learning abilities required
Capable of working in multiple systems and tools
Solid grasp of evolving Sanofi technology platforms, processes, and controls
Good knowledge of MDM in SAP, TM1 (will be a plus) and other systems functional scope
Experience in data management, data integrity checks, data migration
Hands on experiences in MDM workflows
Education:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
Preferred:
MBA and/or CPA
Pharmaceutical and public accounting experience
Commercial Finance and Gross to Net
TM1 and SAP experience
