Job Responsibilities: Own It: Monitor and ensure all COD transactions correctly posted in SAP system based on accounting standard and procedures.Reconcile the COD transactions with SAP record.Monitor cash flow of COD transactions at HQ level.Resolve and follow up unrecorded COD transactions.Act as Finance Operations Officer to ensure operation follow SOP in handling money.Ensure regulatory requirements and audit are met.Ensure payment to merchants are as per agreement and SLA. Build Trust: Engage with internal counterparts in solving issues. One Team: Provide assistance and guidance to business teams when needed. Move Fast: Able to learn, simplify, adapt and act quick based on business needs. Delight Customers: Communicate to internal and external customers in a professional and polite manner as and when required. Job Requirement: Preferably Degree Holder in Business Administration, Finance & Accounts or equivalent.Preferably Executive specializing in Finance Operations/ Administrative or equivalent.Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
