It\xe2\x80\x99s an opportunity to be part of something special. We are currently looking for experienced Financial Planning & Forecasting Analyst to join our Consumer Healthcare PJ Quill 9 office. As Financial Planning and Reporting Manager you will be responsible for supporting the security function and cost center owners in tracking financials and managing operational and capital budgets. Other Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to market with the preparation of the 3+1 plan to the Leadership Team.
• Responsible for the preparation of the monthly Opex, A&P and cash flow forecast.
• Accountable for creating, updating and maintaining financial models to provide detailed monthly and quarterly forecasts for the market (CCC process)
• Compare forecasts against budgets and prior month forecasts.
• Performs variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward
• Preparation of internal management reports (e.g. DRM, MPR) for executive leadership
• Providing commentaries on variances for sales and P&L lines.
• Submission of Plan, CMF into BISON and owner of annual cost Flip process.
• Providing ad-hoc analytic support to stakeholder.
• Participate and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
• Previous experience in managing and analyzing the departmental budgets, forecasting and planning.

• Ability to solve problems
• High level of analysis capabilities
• Experience with tactical knowledge in processes, business methods and procedures
• Experience in manage cost centers
• Ability to interact well with others and globally
