Job title: Finance Assistant Location: Selangor, Malaysia TRCRC is seeking a candidate to fill the role of Finance Assistant to support our Finance Coordinator within the TRCRC team. JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for daily end to end finance operations/accounting functions. To prepare monthly bank and inter-company reconciliation. To ensure processing of supplier invoices and claims is in accordance with the Company\'s policies and procedures. Prepare Payment vouchers for monthly payments and reporting submission. To ensure payments are completed within the credit period. Update Cash Book and do monthly balancing against system and bank statement To assist in year-end audit process Maintaining good filing. To perform other ad-hoc tasks/assignments as required by the Finance Executive. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant professional qualification. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. Well versed in latest accounting & finance standards. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Effective relation building capability in order to maintain good relationships with all departments and its staff, management, associates and funders. Good in problem solving, analytical skills and committed to meet deadlines. Proactive and a good team player. Contract Arrangement The successful candidate will be appointed on 3 (three) months of probation period under contract for a 1-year period. Upon successful completion of probationary period based on performance review by TRCRC, his/her appointment shall be confirmed. Remuneration: Remuneration is commensurate with experience and skills.
