Job Description







Responsibilities :

  • To undertake all aspects of financial management,-Corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, banking and finance activities, insurance recommendations and related purchases and corporate documentation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
  • Shall work directly with the management team to dynamically run the business and shall be responsible for financial risk management.
  • To reports to the Managing Director. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, primary responsibilities :-
    • Managing all finance and accounting operations.
    • Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
    • Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.
    • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition, Cash Flows management, budget & financial forecasting report.
    • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements & Regulatory reports.
    • Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
    • Support month-end and year-end close process.
    • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
    • Manage and comply with all regulatory and/or statutory reporting requirements and tax filings of respective countries.
    • Coordinate Internal and External audits affecting supported businesses (e.g. walkthroughs, follow-up questions) and review implementation of audit actions.
    • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
    • Overseeing all financial planning and analysis.
    • Forecasting future performance.
    • Recommending changes to improve financial performance.
    • Support ad-hoc projects based on management needs.


Requirements :

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or a professional Accounting qualification such as MICPA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA.
  • At least of 3 years of working experience in similar capacity with good knowledge on consolidation of group accounts.
  • Able to work independently with positive attitude resourceful and good communication skills.
  • Committed, dynamic and enthusiastic and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to undertake challenges and handle multiple ad-hoc assignments at any one time.
  • Candidate with working experience from Listed Company will be an added advantage.
  • Salary is open and negotiable depending on your experiences.
