Client Background: A Fast-Growing Malaysia based Financial Advisory Company with branches at Kedah & KL. Providing a professional, Trust & Transparency financial services to solve/ improve customer\'s finances . Industry: Financial Services/Advisory Location: Kuchai Lama (required own transport) Position: Financial Products Sales Trainer (Personal Loan) Tenure: Permanent (Mon-Fri) 9am-6pm Remuneration: Basic + Commission/Incentive To be well versed in Personal Loan financial advisory procedure, flow, requirements, etc To provide Financial Products/Work Flow training to new tele/consultants in early stage/refreshment training to existing consultants To implement/review existing training materials to telemarketers & financial consultants to ensure effectiveness You will be getting extra incentive from the training program coaches to the tele/consultants Indoor office based, no travelling required Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing/Economics/Finance or equivalent. Minimum 3 years\' experience in Financial Services Products Training / Service Sales Ability to plan, implement and evaluate effectively. Keen & interest to be hands-on and operational.
