Attending to customer queries about the Bank\'s products and services.
Filling and batching of daily transaction documents
To complete the account closing transaction.
Support day-to-day branch operations.
Perform individual balancing of cash accurately on a daily basis.
To adhere to the rules and procedures relating to operations as set by the bank.
Ensure all operational procedures comply with SOPs and other rules and regulations.
Requirements
Only eligible for diploma holders from recognised IPTA/IPTS.
Fresh graduates or individuals with less than 2 years of working experience.
Customer service orientation - friendly and professional demeanor is important. Being able to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive experience.
