To ensuring the handover of empty lot to new tenants are carried out in compliance with our rules and regulations.
To reviewing to ensure compliance within our guidelines on renovation proposal plans from new tenants and renewal tenants for approval.
To establish fit out guidelines to ensure conformity and uniformity of building materials and structural stability.
To ensuring contractors apply and comply with our work permit documentation before starting renovation work.
To follow up on compliance matter by tenants after fit out completion to ensure terms and conditions agreed upon by tenants are carried through before handing over to Compliance Dept. (up to 1 month after opening of outlet)
To closely monitor progress for all aspects of renovation and ensure efficient, accurate, and cost-effective implementation of the fit out work.
To follow up on re-instatement work by contractors and conduct joint inspections with Marketing & Leasing dept for acceptance of the said lot.
To regularly communicate with the tenant, providing regular status updates to management and handling any questions or changes.
Any other duties and instructions as may be required from time to time.
