1. Summary of Principal Job Responsibility: The Fit Out Executive needs to proactively coordinate with tenants, owners, and contractors in resolving matters on the pre-requisite requirement(s) and guideline(s) before the commencement and execution of any Fit-Out design\'s renovation and fitting out approval. The candidates need to perform inspections of pre-opening lots done accordance with the approved design as well for vacant possession retail lots. 2. Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 To facilitate a fit-out program with tenants \xe2\x80\xa2 To coordinate, monitor and support design submissions, feedback, and approvals \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor site condition works to ensure safety and quality standards \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in linking up with retailers and Operation colleagues to review tenancy designs \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in providing design input and solutions relating to environmental requirements such as signage, light boxes, and seating within shopping malls. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure design guidelines are complied with by tenants with respect to tenancy design guidelines, visual merchandising, signage, and display guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support tenancy design responsibility for asset enhancement initiative (AEI) with effective tenancy design management \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with project design management, leasing and operation team, as well as, retailers to achieve the optimum design standard \xe2\x80\xa2 Envisage issues pertaining to tenancy fit out works and liaise closely with the mall management team for solution \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up to ensure timely completion of fit-out works by tenants \xe2\x80\xa2 Collate the latest trends and practices for tenancy design. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide store planning and design suggestions to the tenants, as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for induction meetings arrangement for tenants, designers, and workers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and maintain good Landlord-Tenant relationships, and resolve any tenants\xe2\x80\x99 fit-out concerns and issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain all Fit-out related documents and records. Ensure all drawing/layouts are up to date. \xe2\x80\xa2 Visit and monitor site progress to ensure that completion schedules are met. Educational/Professional Qualification \xe2\x80\xa2 Cert or Diploma in Architectural / Interior design / Civil Engineering Work Experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Min 2 years in Shopping Mall (Fit-Out). Language Proficiency \xe2\x80\xa2 English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin Personal Attributes & Other requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to handle difficult tenants and contractors with professional approach \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate; preferably proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D, Microsoft Office \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in detail drawings, familiar with laws governing the building management.
