Responsibilities :

Review tenant design to ensure that the design is in accordance with local regulations and standards
Conduct Fit-Out briefing to tenants/ contractors prior to commencement of fit-out work
Monitor and control all Fit-Out activities to ensure full compliance as per approved submission and with mall regulations.

Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Building Studies / Interior Design or related disciplines
Relevant experience in Fit-Out for commercial / retail projects
Good technical knowledge of requirements for interior design and fit-out works
Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Auto-CAD software is essential
Solid project management skills
