Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients. Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and enhance the company\'s competitive position. Develop a deep understanding of the company\'s automotive products and services. Stay informed about technological advancements and features in the automotive industry. Train the sales team on product specifications and unique selling points. Work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, and customer support to ensure seamless operations. Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights from the field and contribute to the improvement of products and services. Prepare regular reports on fleet sales performance, key metrics, and market trends. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Present sales reports and updates to senior management. Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus. Proven experience in fleet sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data. Knowledge of fleet management practices and industry regulations. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
