Main purpose of the job is to develop, maintain and enhance working relationship with all retail customers (at all levels) to drive Volvo vehicle sales and total solution.
Reporting: This position reports to National Sales Manager
Key responsibilities/Accountabilities:
PR relationship with all levels of fleet customers, focusing directly on purchasing, accounts and technical departments, senior management team and their respective depot managers.
Regular competitive analysis feedback on the fleet accounts in the market. Identify opportunities and propose solutions to increase sales and drive profitability.
Maintain and execute effective fleet account management Plan with regular check-ins on effectiveness.
Collect information on total sales and profitability per fleet customer and suggest areas for improvement for new account penetration and conquest of other brands, by region, by segments.
Ensure Fleet customer issues and complaints are followed up, cleared, and closed.
Update, tidy up and utilise details of fleet customers in CM system.
Analise and submit responses all tender calls, follow-ups and strategize to win the deals.
Develops and implements strategic sales plan and forecast to achieve corporate objectives and sales target.
To reconnect and establish strong, trusting, long-term relationships with existing fleet customers, and cultivate new business opportunities with key customers, regulators and industry partners.
Penetrate new accounts under fleet customers to increase market share and presence.
To be well abreast of key market and competitor activities, and to provide feedback and recommendation for actions and counter measures.
To be represent in International Fleet Sales forums and platforms to drive fleet activities
Qualification & Job Experience:
Minimum Diploma in Business Management or similar.
Over 6-10 years of Sales / Account Management experience in a large multinational organization.
Strong sales management and customer account management.
Good sound of knowledge in trucks industry
Strong public relations with customer.
