A Snapshot of Your Day The job itself has mainly two different roles andresponsibilities- firstly you are responsible for the preparation of the offer.If you do this you will have to co-ordinate with the different departments(like cost calculation, engineering, commercial and legal) that customers\xe2\x80\x99requests are best fulfilled. This means you co-ordinate e.g., meetings with thedifferent disciplines to explain/ discuss / define a strategy, on the otherhand you will also have to prepare the technical documents. Once this is doneyou need to do the LoA\xe2\x80\x99s to get management approvals (here you prepare theslides and you will do the reps. Presentations / discussion with management.Once offer is submitted and customer goes ahead you will -secondly- lead theteam through the negotiations and -at the end- hopefully sign the contract.   • As Hub Sales Manager you will support the team for possible clarifications and customer interactions until PM20
  • For projects (after PM20) you will be responsible throughout the bidding phase including clarification with customers, obtaining management approvals (LoA\xe2\x80\x99s), negotiations until contract closure e.g.
  • Analysingcustomers request for quotation and clarifying the RFQ
  • Structure the project in terms of partner and technology selection
  • Defining the winning strategy and defining the unique selling prepositionsfor this bid
Setting up and leading the proposalteam
  • Coordinating the offer preparation and working out of the technical biddocuments
  • Coordinating LoA\xe2\x80\x99s (including preparation of the LoA documentation andpresenting the technical part)
  • Contract negotiation / transfer meeting to execution
What You Bring
  • At least 10years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in OEM, EPC, Owner or Consulting related to power generationbusiness with Gas Turbine and -preferrable- Combined Cycle knowledge
  • Professionalproject management knowledge (cost, schedule, risks, stakeholder management),preferably with Proposal experience
  • Resilient tostress and good in time management
  • Winningpersonality, able to listen and understand stakeholder\'s views, able tocommunicate clearly to various audiences and different management levels,preferably with experience in various Asian cultures.
  • Willing totravel at 10% - 30% of the time. Our Sales team for Asia Pacific is coveringSouth Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia, Korea and Japan.
  • You as the HubSales Manager will be working in close collaboration with Hub Sales team inGermany (technical, commercial and legal functions) and the CountryRepresentatives & Commercial team in the region.
