Fleet Supervisor
Job Description
The Fleet Manager role reports to General Manager and has a direct impact on the success of the business. You will be directly responsible for the day-to-day operation, namely fleet maintenance activities, partner scheduling and training, and control as well as the implementation of standardized processes. This role requires physical presence . You must exhibit a hands-on management style coupled with the interpersonal skills necessary to work with driver-partners to ensure they are meeting expectations and, when necessary, coach driver-partners to ensure an effective operation. more knowledge of engine and scania lorry able to handle fleet task 1 year experience in fleet Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
