Job Description

Monitor the movement of the company fleet and stay informed about delays and diversion and take steps to mitigate disruption to flying program; Report any major traffic irregularities and coordinate the action to return to normalcy; Coordinate aircraft changes with the Maintenance Control (MCC) or Duty Engineer; Coordinate with the appropriate Ground Handling Agents when traffic disruption occurs; To operate as the coordinating, and focal point of decision making in close liaison with MCC, Ground Ops, Stations, Commercial and Network Dept to irpplement cost efficient operational throughout the MJETS AIR network; Maintain of operational control and integrity in accordance with MJETS AIR Policy and Standard Operating Procedures; Produce daily network operations delay/occurrence reporting; To advise all departments regarding adverse weather that may affect operations such as Typhoon, Volcanic Ash, Low Visibility; Flight following/ supervision as per 3.3 Flight Following; Responsible for generating operational flight plan (OFP) under his control according to company route provided through Ops Bulletin; Regularly update summary of NOTAMs for the area of operations and to update OCC on NOTAMs that will affect MJETS Al R's daily operations; To advise PIC of weather information that may affect the flight; Furnish the PIC while in flight, by appropriate means, with information which may be necessary for the safe conduct of the flight; To advise PIC on navigational facilities information that may affect the flight; To inform HOCC or DMOCC of possible or actual operational issues as far in advance as 'possible, and shall supplement the information as conditions change; To convey safety-related information to the PIC that may be necessary for the safe conduct of the flight, including information related to any amendments to the flight plans/ weather that becomes necessary in the course of the flight; Provide take-off performance data (RAM chart) for all MJETS Al R's destination and alternate
