We are seeking for a committed florist to join our growing business.

If you have an interest and knowledge-base when comes to the handling and structuring of floral arrangements, we want you!

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both spoken and written
• Have a strong sense of time management
• Detailed-oriented
• Knowledgeable in floral arrangements
• Strong sense of urgency, ownership, focus and able to take instructions
• Ability to work independently
• Able to work 6 days per weeks/ PH/ Festive season (OT/allowance)
• Got experience will add advantage

• Communicate with Marketing & Purchasing team for the ordering from on-line (whatapp,IG, FB order) or off-line customer (walk in, sales team order)
• Stock take and inventory accountability (florist inventory)
• Cut, condition and clean fresh and preserved flowers and foliage for storage upon receipt
• Handle and manage fresh flowers on a daily basis to ensure their longevity and appearance
• Create and assemble fresh and preserved floral arrangements
• Receive and fulfil orders
• Ensure floral arrangements meet a set standard of quality
• Liaise with logistic department for delivery to customers
• Maintaining a clean workspace
• Communicate with customers on retail orders
• Handle payments and checking of accounts with Finance
