You will be able to work from home from anywhere in Malaysia, with frequent travelling around southeast asia.Job Purpose

• Provide technical support to the Sales team for Steel customers around Southeast Asia
• Prepare Budgetary BOM and quotations for the commercial team.
• Audit system applications and rectify issues.
• Facilitate information flow between commercial team and R&D for SYSTEM design and installation.
• Implement product technology for trials and improvements in slidegate refractory and Purging Plug.
• Conduct feasibility studies and customer site surveys.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and customers for project smoothness.
• Complete other assignments as directed by M&T Director Steel SEA.
• Serve as a link between Global Technology and Local Commercial activities.
• Address mechanical challenges in SYSTEM selection and installation.
• Resolve product quality issues.
• Assist customers in enhancing productivity and reducing costs through Vesuvius products.

Knowledge / Experience / Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Ceramics, Chemical Science or other relevant industries.
• High Vocational Certificate with relevant experience is beneficial.
• 5-10 years of experience in production/ technical support in fabrication/ steel making industry.
• Proficiency in English and computer skills.
• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
