Job Description


This role involves crafting and executing strategic plans to grow key accounts for hyper and supermarket channels. This role includes people management responsibilities, leading key account team to deliver exceptional results and achieve collective business objectives while collaborating with distributor team.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales and profitability for hyper and super modern trade accounts, focusing on building strong client relationships.
  • Lead, coach, and manage Key Account Managers, aligning efforts with business objectives and supporting professional growth.
  • Work closely with distributor teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies, promotional activities, and joint business plans.
  • Analyze and track sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Negotiate contracts, trade terms, and promotional activities with key account stakeholders to build strong partnerships.
  • Gather and analyze market data, competitor activities, and consumer trends to optimize account strategies and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including trade marketing, marketing, and regional commercial teams to execute specific promotions and activities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least around 10 years of working experience in FMCG key account roles.
  • Proven track record working closely with distributors in executing business strategies for established retailers.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
