Schedule and manage staff shift, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
3. Customer Experience
Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or feedback promptly.
Create and implement promotional activities to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health regulations.
4. Financial Management
Assist in budgeting and forecasting, monitoring financial performance against targets.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Manage cash handling and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
5. Startup Involvement:
Collaborate with the executive team in the pre-opening phase, contributing to store layout, menu development, and brand positioning.
Drive the store\'s launch strategy, including marketing and promotional initiatives to create buzz and attract customers.
Adapt and refine operational processes based on initial feedback and performance metrics.
