Job Description

Requirements: -
1. Degree/ Diploma/ certificate in hospitality or any related field
2. At of 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
3. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including related system.
4. Ability to adhere to budgets/ forecast food and beverage needs and meet financial targets.
5. Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Strong knowledge of food and beverage.

Responsibilities: -
1. Managing daily food and beverage operations.
2. Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
3. Ensuring that the restaurant is stocked with supplies such as food, linens, and cleaning materials
4. Overseeing the financial performance of the restaurant in terms of revenue generation and cost control
5. Monitor, analyse, and control all labour and inventory costs. This includes preparing the appropriate reports, charts, and schedules to ensure that budgets are met or exceeded while quality is maintained and improved.
6. Coordinate with Sales and Marketing the promotion of the dining outlets and future events and promotions
7. Maintains a consistent focus on cleanliness throughout all areas.
