Grand Swiss-Belhotel Melaka is seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Waiter/Waitress. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality service and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
Provide courteous, efficient and professional service to guests at all times.
Set up, maintain and clear dining areas in accordance with hotel standards.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and promotions.
Coordinate effectively with kitchen to ensure smooth service flow.
Handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Comply with hygiene, safety and grooming standards at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Food & Beverage service
, preferably in a hotel environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
