Your Role Includes But Not Limited To Food Court Supervisor is responsible in assisting the F&B Manager in maintaining the overall food service operations and the daily operations of food court with specific focus on food safety, service, and hygiene quality, oversee the outlet cleanliness, handling of customer complaints as well as tenant relationship management. Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with food court tenants/vendors. Address tenant concerns and facilitate communication between tenants and management. Ensure the food court complies with all health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines. Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and dining areas to maintain cleanliness and safety in line with HACCP and GMP best practices. Ensure excellent customer service by regularly interacting with customers and addressing their concerns or feedback. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotions, events, and marketing strategies to attract customers. Maintain a visually appealing and inviting food court environment. To perform other related tasks of food related safety, including conducting inspections at other F&B establishments within the shopping centre. To work with Food Court tenants to update digital menu, daily sales reconciliation, and other administrative Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in the similar capacity is required for this role. Essential to the role is a strong understanding of HACCP and Food Safety. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Computer skills for record-keeping and reporting. Able to work in shifts (based on their roster), on weekends and Public Holidays.
