Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in food science, Culinary Arts, Nutrition, or related field required.
1-2+ years of experience in food innovation, product development, or related roles within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a coffee-chain or quick-service restaurant environment.
Strong knowledge of culinary trends, flavor profiles, ingredient functionality, and formulation principles.
Proven track record of successfully developing and launching innovative food products, with a focus on taste, quality, and consumer appeal.
