Responsible for Sales Budget and growth targets for APAC.
Maintain and grow existing product business in respective markets, while venturing more opportunities in above country. * Develop new business development activities including strategy development, tactical execution, and targeting new accounts with set objectives and goals to deliver and achieve potential revenue growth.
Be the primary liaison person for key customers and internal departments to address customer needs, identify changing business environment that affects customer needs, address customer\'s expectation and shortfall, and implement plans and provide the most appropriate customer support to improve customer satisfaction.
Prepare and become involved in customer presentations, promoting pro-active concepts as well as for customer requested ideas.
Working with R&D Department to identify, development products and flavours for key customers. * Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.Job Requirements
The candidate must hold at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business/Marketing or related fields.
2 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years experience in an international business, FMCG or related industries will be an added advantage.
Ability to prioritize and communicate the priorities, plans, progress and results to senior leadership.
Ability to analyse market trends and consumer preferences.
Knowledge of food regulations and labelling requirements is a bonus.
Required language(s): Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
