Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in handling A-Z foreign worker, maid and etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Responsibility:
Recruitment & Placement
- Source workers, match with employer, prepare contracts.
Government Permits
- Apply for quota, calling visa, work permits, renewals.
- Provide accommodation, handle complaints, ensure wellbeing.
Payroll Calculation & Levy Knowledge
- Understand payroll processes, levy payments, and maintain proper records.
Compliance
- Maintain worker database, follow labor laws, prepare for audits.
Repatriation
- Arrange return at contract end, termination, or immigration issues.
