Job Description

Responsible for the end-to-end administration and management of all foreign workers in the company's outlets and central kitchen, ensuring full legal compliance and smooth workforce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate recruitment of foreign workers according to manpower needs of outlets/central kitchen. Manage work permit/visa applications, renewals, cancellations and ensure deadlines are met. Liaise with Immigration, Labour Department, embassies and other government bodies to ensure compliance. Organise and monitor medical check-ups, insurance coverage, levy payments and hostel/accommodation matters. Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date records of all foreign workers (contracts, passport copies, permits, attendance). Support audits, inspections and reporting related to foreign workforce. Act as point of contact for foreign workers' welfare and grievances, escalating serious issues to HR Manager. Assist in developing and implementing policies for foreign worker management.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 2 years' experience handling foreign workers, ideally in F&B or hospitality. In-depth knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, Immigration Act and related regulations. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills; able to manage high volumes of documentation. Proactive, meticulous, responsible, self-starter who can perform with minimal supervision.

Mandarin speaker

is required for this position.

Willing to travel

to outlets/hostels when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
