To ensure discipline of operator at line.
To ensure right material use by operator and to minimize machine stoppage.
To ensure quality & quantity meet the target.
To work together with technician and IPQC to prevent any abnormality.
To follow up shipment schedule.
To ensure enough material for production running.
To ensure operator are following procedures on carrying out their related work.
To monitor performance of operator.
To study corrective action for any abnormality.
To feedback to supervisor or officer for any major issue arise.
To assist operator to achieve target set.
Authorize to stop machine in the event of any defective or machine problem found. o Environmental Responsibility.
