Ensure timely submission of K1, K2, K8, and other relevant forms.
Liaise with customs, port authorities, transporters, and internal teams.
Monitor shipment clearance and update customers proactively.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all shipments.

Requirements:
1-2 years' experience
in forwarding or logistics, with specific focus on customs declaration.
Proficiency in Dagang Net and ALDEC systems
.
Familiar with Malaysian customs procedures and HS codes.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
