Job Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily international and domestic shipments, including transport arrangements. Prepare and process customs documentation (e.g., K1, K2, K3, K8, K9). Handle shipping documents like Certificates of Origin, exemptions, and permits. Liaise with government bodies such as MAQIS, LKIM, MTIB, MIDA, MITI, CIDB, SIRIM for regulatory approvals. Submit import/export declarations and assist in resolving customs queries. Verify and check disbursement invoices from service providers. Support customers with timely updates and handle inquiries or issues professionally. Ensure billing, documentation, and filing are accurate. Support clerical/administrative tasks and assist with ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma

from a recognized institution

At least 2-3 years

of experience in forwarding, customs brokerage, or logistics preferred

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

KEK (Kursus Ejen Kastam)

certification is a plus Customs processes and systems (e.g., HS codes, duties, SST, drawback claims) Freight flows (air, sea, cross-border trucking) Certificate of Origin and exemption applications

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
