Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly management reporting information Provide analysis of actuals vs budget, with recommendations for course correction Assist with P&L management across multiple departments Preparation of capitalised cost for Technology function Assist with annual budgeting cycle Assist with other ad hoc projects within FP&A team Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting/Finance or similar Chartered Accountant qualification (or equivalent) Financial planning & analysis experience Possess strong financial analysis skills and business acumen Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt and work in a fast-changing environment Experience working with cross functional and regional teams from a variety of cultures and backgrounds and across different levels Organized, detailed and proactive; able to work independently Advanced MS Excel and Power Point skills PropertyGuru Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive, innovative an learning environment with the best employees.
